I run a 14-day Jumpstart with one on one clients to set them up for success and give their body a chance to reset and heal through a gentle cleanse that eliminates toxins and won't leave you starving.
I've used this 14-day program to eliminate my own digestive pains, uncover food allergies, increase my energy and discover exactly how I need to eat each day to feel my best.
I found that I need a diet composed of fruits, vegetables, and lean protein. If I have too much steak and pork, I feel really heavy and bloated. If I only eat vegetables without protein I feel light headed and fatigued. I’m allergic to dairy, sensitive to gluten and my body hates processed foods like high fructose corn syrup, large amounts of caffeine and highly acidic coffee.
The point is, it totally works!
And I do this cleanse every so often to jumpstart my own body and stay on track with what I need to eat to be at my best.

We will spend 45 minutes locked in to what you want out of the cleanse and how it can work for you.
What’s the time commitment?
- One hour a week for your coaching call with me
- You will need 2 days to prep for the cleanse, 7 days while you’re in the cleanse and then 5 days to re-introduce foods back into your diet one by one to create a maintenance diet that best serves your body.
- You will spend time cooking and grocery shopping but you can use existing recipes that you know as long as they follow the guidelines for what to eat.
Will I be hungry?
No! This is not a starvation or fasting cleanse, you will not be hungry if you follow my guidelines for what to eat and then actually eat them.
What if I can't afford it?
There are payment plans available where the cost can be split up over two payments.
